(RESKO) Z jednej strony zdawałoby się, że wprowadzanie nowoczesnych technologii typu internet szerokopasmowy, solary czy fotowoltaika świadczy o tym, iż gmina śmiałym krokiem podąża w przyszłość, z drugiej strony jednak mieszkańcy gminy wciąż borykają się z fatalnym stanem dróg.
Takie zderzenie rozwoju technologicznego z dziurawymi drogami jest charakterystyczne w całym kraju, bowiem więcej pieniędzy można pozyskać na rozwój technologiczny, niż na remonty i budowę dróg lokalnych. Taki stan rzeczy wprowadza coraz więcej nerwowych sytuacji i żądań, aby drogi lokalne stały się przejezdne i nie stwarzały niebezpieczeństwa wypadku.
Na ostatnią sesję Rady Miejskiej radni zaprosili starostę powiatu łobeskiego Ryszarda Brodzińskiego, wskazując na drogi powiatowe i konieczność ich remontu. Przede wszystkim skupiono się na drodze do Iglic.
- Chcielibyśmy, aby Resko było ujęte w budżecie przyszłorocznym. Kiedy powstał powiat, walczyliśmy o drogi na terenie gminy Resko. Chodzi o część Policka, część Komorowa i te słynne Iglice. Panie starosto w 2010 roku zapewnialiście nas, dyrektor Bernacki, że w 2013 roku ta droga łącznie z Łabuniem zostanie zrobiona i proszę więcej nie pytać. Czekaliśmy cierpliwie. Dzisiaj dowiaduję się, że ta inwestycja zostanie przeniesiona na 2015 rok. Pytam się, ile mogę tych ludzi oszukiwać? Zaprosiliśmy wicestarostę, obiecał nam, że zrobi nam drogę do Komorowa. Dzisiaj przejechałem się specjalnie, tam jest ponad półmetrowa skarpa. To odcinek około 150 metrów, przecież to nie jest taka trudna inwestycja, żeby ją wykonać. Wystarczy troszeczkę wyobraźni, troszkę kosztów zadania własnego w godzinach pracy.
Następne - Policko. W 2002 roku załatwiony był plac i szlaka – wszystko. Przestałem być sołtysem i ten temat do dziś nie jest załatwiony. Pan radny Gradus karczował nawet drzewa. Tam mieszkają ludzie, jest troje dzieci, chodzi o odcinek drogi do asfaltu, po co jechać trzy kilometry polną droga do Reska, jeśli można około 800 metrów do asfaltu? Tam nikt nie chce asfaltu – wystarczy szlaka, można utwardzić, by nad tym zapanować. My też wam pomagamy. Zrobiliśmy drogę leśną, położymy asfalt na ul. Buczka – my nie patrzymy tak, że coś nasze. Są takie rzeczy malutkie, może ważniejsze od tych dużych. Ja wiem, że most został zrobiony, że drogi zostały zrobione, to się liczy, ale ludzie też się liczą, bo już od 13 lat jest tylko mowa, że zostanie zrobione. Dzieci z Łabunia chodzą środkiem jezdni, zróbmy tam porządek, inne wsie mają chodniki. Dzisiaj są pojazdy, których się nie słyszy, są ciche – to są zabójcy na drogach – mówił radny Andrzej Nowak.
Zwrócono również uwagę na drogę do Iglic. Wskazywano, że na tej drodze są tak duże dziury, że właściciele samochodów uszkadzają sobie pojazdy. Jazda tą drogą grozi wypadkiem. Wskazywano również na źle wykonaną drogę do Łabunia.
- Cieszę się, że ze swojej strony też coś robicie, co wykracza poza zadania gminy - na drogach powiatowych. Potwierdzam, że współpraca z burmistrzem jest znakomita. Życzyłbym sobie, żeby w każdej gminie tak było - odpowiadał starosta Ryszard Brodziński. - Proszę nie podejrzewać, że nam brak wyobraźni, bo pan dyrektor Bernacki, jak i ja, jesteśmy w samorządzie od 1990 roku i naprawdę wiemy, z czym to się je. Gmina Resko jest głównym beneficjentem, również w zakresie drogowym, istnienia powiatu. Muszę o tym mówić, bo za pomocą prasy dowiaduję się, że są takie opinie – po co nam taki powiat. W minionych siedmiu latach na gminę Resko wydaliśmy ponad 13,5 miliona złotych, tylko na same inwestycje. Dla porównania w gminie pana dyrektora Bernackiego niecałe pół miliona złotych. Tyle gmina Dobra otrzymała przez te 7 lat, więc tutaj robi się naprawdę bardzo dużo.
Przecież wy odpowiadacie nie tylko za Resko, ale również za Iglice i każdą miejscowość położoną na waszym terenie. Tak samo powiat – to jest nie tylko Resko. Mamy inne potrzeby i środki muszą być skierowane w działania inwestycyjne. Uzbroiliśmy się w szereg sprzętu i podjęliśmy działanie, które przyniosą pozytywne efekty również na terenie. Niech pan zajedzie na plac Zarządu Dróg Powiatowych i zobaczy, ile mamy przygotowanego materiału – będzie na remonty dróg. Mówi pan, że jest średniowiecze – powiat łobeski to dopiero 11 lat, a co było w poprzednich latach? Nie można tak powiedzieć, że my za wszystko odpowiadamy co dzieje się na terenie gminy Resko. To jest efekt wielu lat zaniedbań, niedbałości o te drogi, więc proszę nie obarczać nas w obowiązki sprawienia cudu. Spotykałem się z takimi sformułowaniami – a co ci nasi radni w powiecie robią? Gdyby nie wasi radni, to z całą pewnością nie byłoby takiego zaangażowania powiatu w działania na terenie gminy Resko – powiedział starosta Ryszard Brodziński.
O ile jest szansa, że wspomniane drogi do Policka i Komorowa zostaną naprawione, o tyle mieszkańcy gminy Resko nie mogą liczyć na remont drogi do Iglic, przede wszystkim dlatego, że nie ma na nie pieniędzy, ani szans na ich pozyskanie. Taka wiadomość zdenerwowała uczestników sesji, bowiem ich zdaniem, minie kolejna kadencja, a następny zarząd rozpocznie obietnice od nowa i od nowa rozpocznie się przesuwanie inwestycji o kolejne lata.
